Birth Secrets Classes
The ideal time for you to attend Birth Secrets Classes is around 25 - 38 weeks into your pregnancy, so you will have lots of time to practise. Our classes are held for small groups of 3-6 couples, ensuring individual needs are fully satisfied and that techniques are mastered so that you leave feeling confident in your ability to give birth using Birth Secrets.
All our classes run on Saturdays from
09h30 – 17h30 and you can choose from three locations:
Epping, Leamington Spa and Reading.
The Birth Secrets Class is a tool for life and it is well worth your time and investment. These classes not only prepare you & your birth partner for childbirth in a comprehensive way but also enable your baby to have a gentle birth which results in a calmer baby.

- Massage techniques to release endorphins. Endorphins are your body’s natural pain relief and is 80 times stronger than morphine!

- Skills to build confidence and calm, so you can look forward to the birth
